By using Outpost Digital ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Outpost Digital provides automated missed-call text-back and voice response services for trade businesses. When a call goes unanswered, the Service sends an automated SMS or voice response to the caller on your behalf.

3. SMS Terms

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the volume of missed calls your business receives.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from SMS communications. Reply HELP for help or contact us at alex@outpostdigital.org.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Payment and Refunds

The Service is billed monthly. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at alex@outpostdigital.org for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outpost Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
